ChildSemanticsConfigurationsResult class
The result that contains the arrangement for the child SemanticsConfigurations.
When the PipelineOwner builds the semantics tree, it uses the returned ChildSemanticsConfigurationsResult from SemanticsConfiguration.childConfigurationsDelegate to decide how semantics nodes should form.
Use ChildSemanticsConfigurationsResultBuilder to build the result.
